Lots of bondage stuff here, so heads up if that's not your thing or it makes you uncomfortable.

Update!

Posted by onmodel3d - February 13th, 2024

An hour or two ago I was informed by Newgrounds that Nintendo has sent a take-down request for a good chunk of my Princess stuff, including "Game Over Daisy!".

To this, I say:

. . .fair enough, that checks out! Nintendo has every right to do so, annoying as it may be. All of it is still kicking around out there somewhere, this is the internet after all, but it's a shame to lose the last place I thought could serve as a comprehensive and easily accessible archive of all my work.

As a result of all of this I'll probably be making and posting considerably less Princess/Nintendo content in general over the next while until things become a little more stable. My Patreon still exists for the time being if you'd like to show your support.

Nintendo can send out as many cease-and-desists as they want without any legal ground. It is a scare tactic. They can't actually do anything to you unless you directly sell their IPs for currency.

Don't befall the same fate as other fan games. If Nintendo could (which they can't) they'd scrub every shitty flash game and YouTube video of anyone wearing a red shirt.

That's unfortunate. If you ever continue to do more, I've noticed other artists don't outright name the characters in their posts.

If Nintendo sends a Cease and Desist, that means they're making their own version of that game, as is the rules.

aaaaw, that sucks. I kinda have to wonder WHY though. is it because you're using game assets??

NOOOOO!!
The stuff still exists on r34, but this is still shitty of Nintendo

This is why I don't like Yakuzatendo. They do this all the time.

Damn, didn't think Nintendo would ever touch porn again. AFAIK this is the only porn that's had action taken against it by Nintendo since Super Hornio Brothers. Pretty insane. Usually companies don't touch this kind of stuff because they don't want to be seen even interacting with it. Just know that some lawyer at Nintendo had to look at your work xD That means you have truly made it.

It remains unknown how much Nintendo could actually do about this sort of stuff, likely not much, but I understand that nobody wants to be the guy to stand up to one of the largest corporations in the world. The reason they bought the rights to Hornio Brothers instead of just outright suing them is probably because they know they would lose the case, and massive porn producers would have had enough money to stand up to them especially back then.

If you want to risk it, you could try some alternative social media other than Newgrounds/Twitter to share that kind of stuff as it may be less of a target for Nintendo. I know of some places if you'd like to chat about it.

I hate that Nintendo does this stuff I truly do. I'm glad you're okay and police haven't been involved. Nintendo has gotten police involved with NSFW stuff like what you've done in the past it happened to someone who made an NSFW comic of Pokemon in the 90s in Japan and she thought she was going to die because she made that comic. they raided her home because of this NSFW comic she made so I truly am glad that nothing in this thing of informing us Nintendo is mad at you has anything close to that in it. I learned about this information through the YouTube video The Real History of ℝule 34. I do hope you're able to continue what you've done and Nintendo completely stops bothering you and maybe someday they can leave the fans the fuck alone like Sega does with Sonic. I wish you the best moving forward and I will be watching to see what happens next and I hope you come out unscathed from this.

@beardalaxy this game is not the newest thing Nintendo has gone after that's NSFW the last time they did that was with the game Mario Is Missing – Peach’s Untold Tale. Not a lot of people know that Nintendo took action on that game but they have and I'm just trying to let you know that they did. Nintendo is not a cool company when it comes to Fan project stuff and every single fan project thing Nintendo related all has a ticking time bomb that will explode the day Nintendo decides to make that thing no longer exist as much as they can no matter how petty or scummy it is doing so.

Take it as a compliment. Pretty cool! But also, damn...

An unfortunate situation, but we still have the memories of those great works of yours!

@wigbert This is not true *at all*. Copyright is about *distribution* of IP, not *selling*. Nintendo *can and will* sue the pants off anyone who defies their cease and desist orders, and they'll win.

I suspect it's not a coincidence that they threw the C&D now. Princess Peach Showtime! is coming out soon, and there's a bunch of new outfits she appears in, including a mermaid suit.

Pls bring back game over, daisy pls

NO!!!!!!!!!

But why remove the LoZ if the issue was mario

This truly hurts my horny little heart, but you know what they say.

If Nintendo takes it down, it's canon!

Had a similar fate as well back in December.
