An hour or two ago I was informed by Newgrounds that Nintendo has sent a take-down request for a good chunk of my Princess stuff, including "Game Over Daisy!".
To this, I say:
. . .fair enough, that checks out! Nintendo has every right to do so, annoying as it may be. All of it is still kicking around out there somewhere, this is the internet after all, but it's a shame to lose the last place I thought could serve as a comprehensive and easily accessible archive of all my work.
As a result of all of this I'll probably be making and posting considerably less Princess/Nintendo content in general over the next while until things become a little more stable. My Patreon still exists for the time being if you'd like to show your support.

Nintendo can send out as many cease-and-desists as they want without any legal ground. It is a scare tactic. They can't actually do anything to you unless you directly sell their IPs for currency.
Don't befall the same fate as other fan games. If Nintendo could (which they can't) they'd scrub every shitty flash game and YouTube video of anyone wearing a red shirt.
